St. Vital Centre’s Behind Closed Doors

Tickets are now on sale for St. Vital Centre’s 10th annual charity shopping event, Behind Closed Doors!

Tickets are $5 each and when you purchase your ticket to Behind Closed Doors from Snowflake Place for Children and Youth 100% of the proceeds will go towards Snowflake Place.

On November 16, St. Vital Centre’s Behind Closed Doors will be an after-hours evening of giveaways, prizes and centre-wide sales! Join us for a night of all-you-can-shop from 7:00pm – 10:30pm.

What is Behind Closed Doors?

Behind Closed Doors is an after-hours event with “wall-to-wall” sales at St. Vital Centre offering discounts and incentives to shoppers. Behind Closed Doors is a great way to support your local charity. Ticket sales proceeds will go towards 17 different charities.

What time is Behind Closed Doors?

November 16, 2019

7:00pm – 10:30pm. Mall Doors will close at 6:00pm and re-open at 7:00pm to ticket holders only.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available from all participating charities and St. Vital Centre Customer Service.

There will be a number of tenants within the mall who have chosen to sell tickets on behalf of a charity.

What stores are participating?

All stores will be open with the exception of several service stores.

Store participation list and discounts will be revealed on the night of Behind Closed Doors. All stores are encouraged to participate through deals and discounts as well as customer experiences.

What kind of deals are we going to have?

The deals will not be revealed until the doors open. Retailers are excited about this event and are working hard to make it an exciting night of shopping!

Will there be a Coat Check?

No, unfortunately Coat Check will not be available. May be subject to change.

Will the strollers be available this night?

As a regular service to our customers, strollers will be available on a first come first served basis.  Strollers are located at entrance 4 near The Hudson’s Bay.

Will the play park be open?

As a regular service to our customers, the play park will be available on a first come first served basis.

Are kids allowed to come?

Kids 10 an under are free and must be accompanied by an adult. Please be advised the shopping centre will be busy and may not be a comfortable environment for young children.

Will Santa be there?

Santa’s Enchanted Forest will be setup but Santa will be busy at the North Pole that night. Check out Santa’s Enchanted Forest for other fun activities.

What entrances can we enter?

All entrances to the shopping centre will be open including all anchor stores. Volunteers will be posted at each entrance to monitor tickets.

Will the movie theatre be open?

Yes.

Will Walmart be open to the public?

Yes. Walmart will operate under the usual business hours. You must have a ticket to enter the Mall through the Walmart hallway.

Will there be wheelchairs and scooters?

Yes. As a regular service to our customers, the wheelchairs and scooters will be available on a first come first serve basis.

Can I enter the draw without a ticket?

Yes. Please see the rules and regulations posted on stvitalcentre.com for more details on how you can enter the draw. Volunteers are also encouraged to enter the draw.
